Famed for its production of fine Cognac, the area also boasts many architectural and historical delights. Hidden away from main tourist destinations, the clear and sparkling waters wind through vineyards and woodland and bring you to villages that simply exude charm and tranquillity.
Whether you chose to cruise toward the sea from Jarnac and visit the historical maritime town of Rochefort or to sail upstream to the walls of Angouleme, the serene beauty of the Charente region will accompany you along the route.
Stops can be made along this majestic stretch of water in order to visit some of the impressive Cognac cellars and sample some of the excellent maturing contents.

About the Base |
|
Our base offers toilets, showers, fresh hot drinks and a washing machine for your use.
There is open parking available free of charge. Enclosed parking without surveillance costs 28 E per week and there is also a garage with 6 places available at a cost of 41 E per week.
Opening Hours: 8.30am to 12.30pm and 2pm to 6pm. The base is closed on Sunday.
The boats are available between 4pm and 6pm. If you are going to arrive late, please advise us by phone.
You will find all traditional shops and services at Jarnac.

Monday to Thursday: 9am - 12.30pm and 3pm - 7.15pm
Wednesday to Saturday: 9am - 7.15pm
Sunday: 9am - 11.45am
Market days: everyday except Monday
