One of France’s richest regions - St Jean de Losne, France Saint-Jean-de-Losne is a small town situated on the junction of several different waterways. Whilst it is a busy business centre, it is also one of the largest pleasure boat ports in France.

There are plenty of varied tourist spots in the town. You are be able to discover well known vineyards with evocative names such as Nuits Saint-Georges, Beaune, Gevery-Chambertin, Pommard and sample the wares of their cellars. The food of the region is also famous worldwide.
The rich historical past of the town and its surrounds can be charted by making visits to the close by castles, monasteries and abbeys.

About the Base

Our base offers toilets and showers. Open-air parking is available free of charge. Enclosed compound parking costs 28E per week.

Opening Hours: 8.30am to 12.30pm and 2pm to 6pm. The base is closed on Sunday.

If you are taking a one-way cruise there is the possibility of car transfer from the departure base to the arrival base at a cost of 125 E.

The boats are available between 4 pm and 6 pm. If you are going to arrive late, please advise us by phone.

You will find all shops and services at Saint-Jean-de-Losne. The banks are closed on Monday. Market day is on Saturday.

Fishing licences and fishing equipment are available at the garden centre in Losne.
